The red carpet at this year’s Oscars was full of red and pink gowns. And several featured ruffles upon ruffles upon ruffles. But that wasn’t our only taste of texture. There were heavy embellishments, velvet trim and dramatic back bows. Celebs like Lady Gaga, Emma Stone, Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lopez all slayed in their OTT looks, but it was Pose star Billy Porter who made the biggest impression in a fierce Christian Siriano tuxedo ballgown.
